Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha or winter cherry is an evergreen shrub with yellow flowers in the Solanaceae or nightshade family that is cultivated in many of the drier regions of India. It is also found in Nepal, Sri Lanka, China,and Yemen. Ashwagandha an important medicinal plant largely used in Ayurvedic and indigenous medicine for over 3,000 years.

Ashwagandha is perhaps best known for its ability to reduce stress, boost testosterone, ease pain and inflammation, treat insomnia, and boost nutrition, along with other conditions.
